1. How do I access
my account?

You access your account through your Web browser by entering www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel
Then enter your user name and password. |

What is anonymous FTP? |

|
Anonymous FTP allows any user to FTP to your domain to upload or
to download files.
We urge that you take precautions when doing this as, even though
unintentional, you would be responsible for the content.

Will I be able to allow telnet or ssh into my site? |

No, due to security reasons this is not available. Contact customer
service for assistance.

4. Can I use FrontPage
to publish to my site? |

|
Yes, you can. However, when using FrontPage to publish your site,
use only FrontPage. Allowing programs other than FTP into your site
could corrupt the file extension on FrontPage.

5. How do I use
server side includes (SSI)? |
| |
|
Our servers are set up to parse SSI from the HTML.
Use the file extension shtml when using SSI. |

6. Do you support
cold fusion and/or ASP? |
| |

At this time no, but if you are interested in this
type of service please contact us and let us know. We are considering
these services with new server upgrades. |

7. What is the
path for Perl? |

8. I have received
the confirmation E-mail stating my site was set up, but when I type
in the URL it's not there, why? |

It normally take up to 72 hours for the domain pointers to propagate
the network.
If there are problems with your domain account, the registrar with
whom you registered may not be releasing it. You will need to contract
them to resolve any issues with your domain name.
