and Discover Card. This also includes debit cards
that have major credit card

my transactions secure?
Yes, we utilize a SSL certificate and
we have collaborated with the Bank of America, the best in the industry,
for our transactions.
3. Can
I get invoices for my services?
Yes, it is our policy to send invoice notices via
E-mail. In addition, invoices are available in our Member's Support
Center
4. Can
I change my billing cycle from monthly to annual or visa versa?
Yes, we allow you to change your account from a short term to a
longer term. We do this by converting the length to the new term
you desire and applying the new rate for the remaining length. Example:
If you change from Monthly to Annual and have had the service for
3 months we will charge only the remaining 9 months based on the
annual fee.
We will also allow you to downgrade from a long term to a shorter
term. We do this by converting to the base fee for the new term
requested. The moneys already paid for the term will then be credited
to the new term. In most cases, this will cause a prepayment on
the account. Example: You have a Semi-Annual account, on which you
paid $47.77. You then change to monthly at the cost of $9.95 and
have 4 months left on your contract. In this situation, you would
have two months prepaid.
