No, but for our members we do have a call
back system. We ask that you submit a call back request
indicating your problems or concerns and provide us your
contact information. We can then direct the information
to the team member who will address the situation.
We feel this type of system provides better feedback to
our customers. We investigate issues of concern and on many
occasions problems are resolved before the call back is
made. This provides our clients with a personal toll free
service, and eliminates the need to be placed on hold.

ticket system are monitored on a 24/7 basis. A representative
will contact you by phone or E-mail you within 30 minutes
to inform you that the situation is resolved or advise the
steps that being taken to resolve the issue. |
