1. How long
does it take to activate my account?

Account
activation is usually within 12 hours or less.
You will receive a confirmation letter giving you information
on how to access your account after
your account is activated.

2. Do
you host adult content? |

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We do not and
will never knowingly host adult sites or content. This is
a violation of Your Web Center's Usage Policy. Any site with
such content will be terminated and no refunds issued. |

3. Will
I be able to allow telnet or ssh into my site? |

No, due to security reasons this is not available.

4. How is
the bandwidth calculated? |

|
Bandwidth is the total traffic used for your
site for all incoming and outgoing traffic. This includes:
Visitors to your site
FTP of files to your site
E-mail on our servers

5. Do you
accept international orders? |

Yes, we welcome all orders. |

6. Do you
support cold fusion and/or ASP? |

At this time no, but if you are interested
in this type of service please contact us and let us know.
We are considering these services with new server upgrades. |

7. Can I add
more bandwidth and/or storage? |
| |
|
Yes, the price per 10 GB of bandwidth is .25
per month and per 100 MB storage is .25 per month. Contact
customer support to add on more features. |

8. Will I
be able to place a security certificate on my site? |
| |
|
Yes, all users of Your Web Center will
be able to place security certificates on their sites. We
can provide you with the security certificate for $150.00. |

9. What if
I exceed my quota of bandwidth? |
| |
|
Your Web Center monitors the amount of bandwidth and storage
used by each client and will notify the client by E-mail when
their usage has reached the level of use as determined by
their selected service. The customer will then have 24 hours
to respond as to whether they want the excess billed at the
standard rate of .25 per GB with a minimum of $2.00 or to
have their account suspended for the duration of the month.
Special consideration for client promotions will be given
without additional billing providing the client notifies Your
Web Center fourteen (14) days in advance that additional bandwidth
will be needed, the reason for the needed bandwidth and the
length of time extra bandwidth will be needed. Such consideration
will be granted on a client-by-client basis and should not
exceed thirty days. |
